Has anyone else had this persistent energy at the third eye area?

A quick question about something that might be a part of yoga, etc. that I checked up on in the archives. I've been feeling a pulsating energy at my third eye area whenever I meditate, listen to paath etc. and sometimes it moves to the spot above, near the crown of my head. It's very, very strong and makes me smile, but sometimes it's a little unbearable, especially the deeper and longer I meditate. Should I cover my head with something other than a chunni or ramaal? It's very interesting, but I want to make sure I don't overwhelm myself just in case.

oh sister you do not have to listen to me i am 14 but here we go, the energy is also felt by me take your long haie and create a rishi not or joora as it is called in the middle of your head near the opening/dip. to make the zoora bring all of your hair forward twist it to the middle and tie it in a knot this will amplify the energy intake and make it bearable the anhad shabad shall flow likme the water of a water fall tie a turban over the kesh your hair) and then put a chuni over that. you will feel grace oh singhni.

Fortunate people only feel that pulsating throb in the third eye as this route is directly connected to the dasam dwar. If you feel blissful (Anand as described in the bani of anand sahib) you are even more fortunate. You please concentrate on simran and on the bliss that you experience. You shall see flash of light sometimes just go on with your simrans.
