Nobody has the right to stop anyone from becoming a Sikh. As far as getting baptized is concerned, it depends on the individual Sikh man or a woman because baptism cannot be forced on a Sikh but yes once a Sikh gets baptized he/she is expected to strictly follow the Sikh Code of Conduct.
