When is amrit vela? When does it start? When does it end?
I read at on a website that amrit vela is between 4:30 to 5:30. Is this true?

Amrit Vela happens anytime before the sun comes up, in the A.M time commonly it is 2-6 Am. but as long as the sun is not up, it is considered Amrit Vela
ok gursinghni, amritvela begings at 0.00 traditionaly, the nihangs who keep all the original rehat get up at 0.00 do the ishnaan and begin their banis/nitnem amritvela carries on past sunrise untill the sun is fully up but if you are looking for a more suitable time 3.00 is the best thats when i used to get up now i prefer 0.00 i am just fourteen so if i can do it so can you lol
