Is it a must that the Akhand Paath has to be completed within 48 hours? What about reciting Akhand Paath in English or Spanish language, that too has to be completed in 48 hours?

What is Ati Akhand Paath? Is it a must that only one reader has to completely recite the Ati Akhand Paath?

Akhand Paath is unbroken reading of entire Guru Granth Sahib. Sahaj Paath is complete reading, but with breaks. Akand Paath usually is completed within 48 hours, but here at our Gurdwara, because readers read in translatiuon as well as in Gurmukhi, we allow 72 hours, but the reading is always unbroken. Sahaj Paath can take any length of time.

My understanding is that Akhand paath vs. Sehaj paath is the time difference. If it's beyond 48 hrs its called a Sehaj paath instead. I think the same goes for whatever language. I don't know the term Ati Akhand paath maybe someone else can help you there.
