I was just asking, is it ok for a Punjabi or Sikh to have a boyfriend or a girlfriend? I really need to know, please answer... It's ruining my life...

If you are Punjabi, it depends on what your religion says.
if you are a Sikh then it depends on your age, if your are near marrying age it should be fine. But of course there are restrictions in your relationship.
