I'm not quite sure what your question is? Are you saying you actually have an ulcer and feel it will lead to your death? or do you mean that you are worried so much about dying that you feel it has caused an ulcer? Please clarify so we can answer accordingly. Death is something that each person will face, but i think that Sikhi has taught us a lot about how to overcome that fear. We can discuss that further if this is your question.

Added after seeing your comment: I think this question is actually quite deep, about death. I will answer to the level that I know. We know that there is only so many breaths we have in this lifetime. So I think the way of not fearing death comes down to 1) emotionally processing the experiences of death that we do have. The people we have lost and seen die sometimes strongly influences our fear. 2) Understanding what our purpose is in life and how to fulfill it. 3) understanding this life is not the end of our existence. it is the end of the body, a vessel for the soul.

I think the second point is a large one. How do we become Jeevan Mukht. How do we merge with God in this life. When that does happen, then what happens to the body is not feared. All of our doubts and fears will disappear. Gurbani explains the answers on how to get to that state. You can use this fear of death now to propel you instead to explore what life means as a Sikh and use the tools that Guru Ji gave us like katha, keertan, sangat, sewa, Simran, to help to propel you into a space of not being so worried. God is Nirbhou, without fear and we can become nirbhou too. Our fear of death is enhanced when we realize we have not done what we came here to do. “While waking up or going to sleep, the Lord is always with you, watching over you. The fear of death departs while meditating on Him” (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 196). So meditate. Do Simran of Waheguru. 'Kabir says," By the grace of the Lord, I have escaped from the desire of paradise and the fear of death. Always I live in the memory of the Lord's lotus feet'.( Ang 1370)

read the above. This is your irrational mind trying to keep you in fear instead of meditation.
