Husband and wife after death
What happens to husband and wife after they both die? Do they forget each other even if they loved each other?

Souls that are brought together in a lifetime, especially close relationships like siblings, spouses and parents/children, have usually been together before in a previous incarnation. They meet again in the next lifetime so that remaining karmas can be paid. If a couple dies and their karmic debts have all been paid, they are liberated from reincarnation together, or may be called to reincarnate together for a life of complete service. The mind "forgets" but the soul cannot do that because the patterns are recorded beyond the mind in the subtle body.
