I have personally have gone through a surgery and the hair was removed where the surgery took place (throat). The reason it did not break Sikh Code of Conduct is because it will grow back by itself.

It depends on the situation and intention.

I understand where this question comes from. To follow gurus hukam on kesh seems rather stupid in this day and age, alot of young sikhs ask why? The only satisfactory answer I have been given is that I have to experiance the "why" when going into this Guru's way by myself.

And many that do walk this way which the Gurus have written in our forehead, keep their kesh the last before taking amrit.

Let me give you my perspective.

Young sikh sons and daughters watch porn and social media which parents have no control over what their kids are watching on their parents cell phones. Young kids watch pornstars with no hair on their body and is subconsciously social conditioned to think that in order to have a happy and succesful life you have to look like a pornstar which also includes lack of body hair. Especially kids with no balance in their lives are affected by a much greater rate.

Body hair is seemed as weed growing in a piece of land for farming. Like weed it has to be removed and farming terms are used as "manscaping".

Basically, there are alot of videos on youtube on "sikhism + hair". Many find them unsatisfactory to their question about why keeping them. The only hukam I know of hair is Guru Gobind Singhs hukam that we should be distinguishable with keeping kesh and avoiding halal and hukkah. http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Kurehat

As you meditate more and develop your "spiritual disclipline" and you become more tuned in to yourself..you will find that you have changed of thinking and by automatically you will keep your hair on your body.

Arguing about kesh or no kesh will be an endless discussion. My response to that is to be proactive instead.

"Ok I will find someone with the same caste as me and when I find one they can not refuse because they belong to the same caste. That way my family will be happy and I will get the full support of the whole Family and society will see us as a legitimate couple. And not looked down on society for intercaste marriage like we are murderers.

After I've done that sacrifice, I will make sure when my kids grow up as Amritdhari they will have the full support who they can marry as long as the center of that person is Sri Guru Granth Sahib and the person recognises Gobind as Father and Matha as Mother."

So the answer is I have to find someone in my own caste for a problem free life and marriage?

No.
