what makes a person feel good enough/ confident within themselves? What is self-love?

Don't let that person make you feel bad about yourself. You are amazing the way you are . You probably have so many amazing talents maybe you are a good cook or dancer. Or maybe you play a musical instrument. How you like yourself for who you are is by doing an Arddas to waheguru Ji to make you stronger mentally so that when someone is rude to you you can just forget about it and move on.
