how to get up during amrit vela?

i have been trying to get up during amrit vela for almost about an year. unfortunately i am not able to get up. every night i make a commitment with myself but i fail everyday badly. i really want to get up early and take the advantage of the nectar of the guru. any help will be really appreciated.
