Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

I notice that when I an doing path it seems as though it is very hard to concentrate. When I am able to concentrate on my prayers I feel happy, calm and other good feelings.

For example : When I am able to focus while doing Guru Gobind Singh's Chaupai Sahib I feel a lot of bravery and energy.

However, when I get disturbed by other thoughts while doing my prayers then I feel sad and depressed. It also sometimes ruins my day.

I dunno if any of you experience this but please let me know. I also dunno if this occurrence is a good or bad sign.

Also I would really appreciate it if you could share your opinions with me on this matter.

Thank You

this is practicly normal. concentrate. but when your thoughts negativley impact you you should mereley observe themand not follow them. allow the bani to correct you mind like a magnet over an iron pole. in this way your thoughts will not harm your day. your thoughts do so mainly because you feel guilty and disturbed. do ardass and the guru will set you on the rite path.
