How to handle Internet Trolls within the CyberSangat?

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh,

How do we as Sikhs handle online trolls within our CyberSangat? Is there a way to appropriately address these folks or is it best to just ignore what they are saying even if we find it offensive? How do we address the slander some Internet trolls may spread in the CyberSangat?

I personally have run across many Internet trolls in the CyberSangat but have no idea how to productively handle the negativity they project and sometimes I do let it bring me down (which is not ideal)

What trolls want is your attention. Whatever you give your attention to is fed by your energy. The answer is simple, don't be "in their movie." Consciously choose what you pay attention to. Make your own movie!

I would say dont fuel the fire- that wastes your own precious breaths and time and thats what they want. So don't waste time arguing. Find a way to report the post on the appropriate platform otherwise I think just no use in giving it attention.
