My whole family is sikh, but my dad, although he remembers the guru's and is a good human, does not recite bani at a more deeper level. I understand that he works a lot, and has a lot of matters to attend to, but I don't know how to convince to him to pray for his overall wellness. because of him being a basic punjabi father, he will probably just scoff. I am just 15 years old. Can I pray for him? And how do I? Sorry if this question sounds stupid! thank you!!

You certainly can pray for him. Close your eyes and visualize him surrounded by a beautiful golden light. See him perfectly healthy, relaxed and happy. Breathe deeply and chant Waheguru silently with each breath. See him becoming brighter and brighter. Open your heart and let each breath project love to him. Let each breath blossom with love, protection and happiness. See him smiling and happy. Repeat twice a day.
