Should we feel guilty for enjoying ourselves when we can be praying instead of enjoying ourselves(in a good way) ?

By in a good way i assume you mean not in a way that indulges kaam, krodh, lob, moh and hankaar but rather something else that you find fun. I guess the question is that do you mean around the day you feel this, or do you mean that instead of doing your nitnem you decided on another activity and then feel guilty for enjoying that? I think doing our prayers are important so if it was the second, i think it would be important to do the prayers then the other activity. If it was the first, i think there is no guilt in doing other things in our life. Our family life, our time interacting with other people, volunteering, or participating in hobbies is also a part of our life and we should be able to enjoy those things. When we get to a higher spirtual avastha then that simran goes on constantly even when we are doing other things and God is never forgotten. No one expects us to do prayer 24/7 because we have to also life the life of a householder. Just think about whether and how those activities fit into your life as a Sikh and the pillars of Sikhi. Let me know if i haven't answered your question exactly or if you have an example.
