I've just been in a bit of a bad spot in my life and have been seeing a counsellor, she suggested that I write down a letter of thoughts and feelings to the person who had a hand in causing this bad spot which initially I thought was a bit dumb but actually was quite effective. I've wrote quite a bit and now it feels like I'm just keeping a diary or having a dialogue with someone who neutral, its slowly not that person that I'm writing to. So I just wanted to ask, can we keep a diary in which talks to WaheGuru? I find it difficult to connect a lot of the time through Bani and Keertan so I wanted to know is this allowed? Will it be heard or do we need to communicate in more formal more direct ways?

I also wanted to know what the ways we can communicate with God, I know we can speak through Ardas but what are all the other ways?
