Any relation known between Iron Deficiency and wearing of Karha / Kirpan etc. A friend of mine is Iron Deficient and I suggested wearing Kara and Kirpan (Sarab Loh). He had taken Amrit when young.
Is my suggestion to me valid medically speaking..?

Wearing kara and kirpan keeps the frequency (vibration) of iron in your magnetic field, but it does not cure an iron deficiency! Eating food cooked in iron pots helps a bit, but if one is anemic kara and kirpan will hot remedy the matter. Iron supplements should be used as well as cell salts Dried apricots are the best food source of iron. There are a large number of iron preparations available with various amounts of iron, iron salts, complexes and combinations thereof. Capsules, liquid and drops are generally better than tablets. Oral iron preparations are available in both ferrous and ferric states. Ferrous salts are preferred because they are absorbed much more readily. The most commonly available oral preparations include ferrous sulfate, ferrous gluconate and ferrous fumarate. It is important to see a physician to get a hematocrit level test in order to assure iron is being absorbed by the body.
well spiritualy they do benifit but its up to you, you can take medicine; or the alternative mediate on the word sarbloh (god) or eat out of certain things as said above or eat certain foods that a rich in iron. when i was iron deficiant i took feridine tablets they stopped me from feeling drousey and less awake. wearing iron / sarbloh makes you feel better consciously so i would suggest it
