I'm having this tingling sensation on my forehead and on top of my head ( Crown chakra ) while listening to kirtan,praying or even thinking about God/Guru in my mind.
I've committed many sins and I'm Monna ( I cut my hair/beard)..so why am I experiencing this ? Is it awakening of the soul ? Or,is it Kirpa ?
Please explain in details.

Dear seeker it cant quite be counted as kirpa but nevertheless. These chakras might have become sensitive and somewhat awake because of some miscellaneous energy, it has nothing to do with your religion or race it is a part of your very existence. However This sensations will not change your life in experiential way however if you choose to walk on the path of self realization yes this could be of some help.
Third eye (trikuti) is the eye of falseness because gurbani says "satguru mila trikuti chhute" meaning that by meeting the guru the trikuti will go. to do this we need to get close to our guru by following his rehat. also the tingling is the bliss and it should really only happen at the top of your head which is the dasam duar, tenth door the way we connect to god.
Rather than physical sensations, we must apply Gurmat to our actions and direction in life. That is true Kirpa!
