Why do we feel guilty ?
I mean if sex isn't bad , then why do we feel guilty after sex or masturbation ?

If you think that totally abstaining from lustful activites Someone might be impressed and you will be rewarded later, that would be foolish.
However if lustful activities take control of you, and you want it everytime, you cannot control yourself anymore, you will just become like an animal who has no control and moreover you will have mental pain, as now your dopamine level is too high and you it has to stay high for you to feel normally happy.
This is what happens to a drug addict too its your body, your mind and your choice

He cannot control his sexual desire , and does not chant the Shabad.
Things are not good or bad except that thinking makes them so. Your guilt comes from preconceived notions, i.e. how you have been programmed to think about sex.
