Does suicide happen by God's will too ?
I mean we say that person committed .
But is that by God's hukam too ?

Yes, but the result is still there. When we throw away one of our precious human incarnations, unless we have many saints praying for us, our soul moves way back along the chain of incarnations and needs to re-learn many lessons over again to reach the state of gratitude. That means that one may have to repeat millions of incarnations again in order to regain the blessing of a human birth.
