waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ke fateh I am a 23 year old girl. I read my banis regularly and visit gurudwara daily. But somehow i feel that mind has become stagnant, it is not progressing further. Doing path has become just an activity. i donot feel connected. It is like i do path for the sake of doing it. When i started reading banis as a child. i used to feel exremely blessed and happy. It was pure joy. I wish to have the same feeling now. plz guide.

Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji ki Fateh! It's time to shake yourself up and wake yourself up. You can break through this feeling. It's a test on the path. Everyone goes through it at some time. You don't say where you live, but I've found that doing Kundalini yoga is a great way to wake up and break through blocks. You can find a class near you here. Just click on the 'find a teacher' link on the left navigator.

Also, remember when Guru Arjan Dev Ji dropped writing Sukhmani Sahib after the 16th Ashtpadi? Chanting the mantra "Aad Saach, Jugaad Saach, Hay Bhe Saach, Nanak Hosee Bhe Saach" out loud for 11 minutes each day will also help you break through this blockage.

Thank you. Yah, English is just phonetic. I wrote it that way only to distinguish it from Mool Mantr. Would be cool if everyone actually wrote and understood the International Phonetic Alphabet.
