How many Granths are there in Sikhism?

Apart from Guru Granth Sahib Ji, how may Granths are there in all in Sikhism and what are the importance of these Granths for example Dasam Granth, Sarbloh Granth, etc? What are the teachings imparted by these Granths and do Sikhs ought to bow before these Granths too just like bowing before Guru Granth Sahib Ji or can they be considered simply like books?

Our head should be bow in front of guru granth sahib ji. As guru gobind singh ji had declared about our 11th guru.
