What do you mean if you don't regret it u don't become a mannukh ? It doesn't matter if your regret it or not if you break your Amrit you break your Amrit and that's that, your a mannukh unless you take Amrit again.

Doesn't guru sahib ji only listen to Ardas's of gursikhs , not munmukhs or people who broke their Amrit ?

Also everything happens under guru sahib Ji's hukam. He does everything. And no one has to practice the maryada, leave it all to guru sahib ji, he's there to help you, he loves you, he's got your back. You do ardas to help you stay on track and he WILL listen, he HAS to listen to his gursikhs ardas.

The more you do those things the more love you GET from guru sahib ji and the more love you HAVE for guru sahib ji. The thing that try's to stop you and distract you from it is maya, that's her job. She's the biggest road block. So don't blame it on people and how they don't have love for guru sahib

People get tangled in maya, it's not there fault , it's their past Karams. All they can do is ardas, sangat, seva, naam simran, and charan dhoor. All those things that I just mentioned are key, they are essential, A gursikh must do them, else they will drown. You become weaker if you don't do them.

Right now I have so many feelings I'm upset because I have lost all the great and incredible and amazing Kirpa that very few gursikhs have, I just want it all back. I'm worried, scared, and frightened because I'm not sure if I broke my Amrit, it haunts me,I could die any second and be taken to Narak

But you know what bhenji I'm so thankful of guru sahib ji, he takes me to an amazing sangat every weekend where naam Simran happens, Kirtan, and katha, there's so much love and bakhsush there. I used to have so much Kirpa with guru Ji's Kirpa now I'm falling apart.

I do everything but nitnem which is a shame but its not my fault when I took Amrit panj pyare said it wasn't important and that naam Simran is important. But now I'm realizing how important it is so I will start.

Yeah I'm talking about the commitment. But you know what, I don't know how far you have to go to break it. I mean everyone knows the basics , the simple straight up 4 bujer krets. No one ever goes into depth with them like all the other possibilities. I broke my Amrit or commitment haha once and I never knew until I started getting possessed by bad atmas and that was a scary and horrible experience and I don't ever want to go through that again. That's why I'm scared if I broke my commitment or not. I didn't do anything wrong with a guy this time it was with a girl and I have no idea if I broke my Amrit or not. I'm literally scared to death I can't sleep no more. What should I do ? Payshee ? Or just leave it because my commitment never broke ?

You should wear a 9 inch kirpan at least if not bigger because it protects you from maya.
