Can I ever be healed as nearly 45 years have passed since I used to have a feeling of connection with Waheguru or some spirituality in me. Is this the punishment of my sins that I am devoid of any connection with God? Has this condition resulted from not fulfilling the 'mannats' at Gurdwara? What does the Sikh philosophy say about 'doing mannats' and then not 'fulfilling' them?

you freaking out of no reason bro, all ur problems are generated in your own mind! , take a chill pill, help the needy not the greedy, if you cant find god in gurdwara, that is fine he is within you, meditate on him, go visit someone ill, go visit lonely people in orphanage, help those who really need you ! see people in jails, see through how different emotional stages people go through, when you break your routine and do such unusual stuff, you will eventually find emotional changes in u aswell, u will reactivate ur emotional control, "help other to cure self"
