why dont we have goddess??

First of all, we believe in "Ik Oankaar", the belief in only one God as stated in the Mul Mantar,"One Universal Creator God. The Name Is Truth. Creative Being Personified. No Fear. No Hatred. Image Of The Undying, Beyond Birth, Self-Existent. By Guru's Grace".

I do not know where you got the idea of Sikhs being polytheistic (believing in multiple gods/goddesses). In the Dasam Granth by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, some of the Hindu deities are spoken of in reverance,"O Supremely beautiful goddess! The slayer of demons, destroyer of tyrants and chastiser of the mighty". But the gods and goddesses are no more superior to any of us, having not yet merged as suggested by Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji, "She [Maya] has bewitched Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva". We don't deny the existence of the Hindu deities, nor the Egyptian or Greek deities for that matter, but they still are in samsara (the wheel of reincarnation).

Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji wrote,"The goddess Durga takes refuge at His Feet and abides there", which describes how the deities are far less than the one Waheguru and shouldn't be worshipped. Even Krishna had a guru whose name was Sandipani Muni.

Also, women are highlighted. Women had been considered lowly and Guru Nanak with the other gurus raised them up. Mata Sahib Kaur helped at Vaisakhi 1699, and Mai Bhago led 40 warriors during the time of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The soul is genderless in a Sikhs eyes, and one shouldnt be discriminated due to "gender".
