Struggling with one class

I'm currently in a difficult and demanding program at uni. I give most of time to my studies. There's one class, where no matter how hard I try, time seems to pass by and nothing stays. I really need at least 65% to move on to the next semester, but I'm scared despite all my attempt nothing works for the information to stay. I honesty do not know what to do. The exam is coming in a week and I"m really scared. I do adras each day during nitnem and rehras to just pass, but I doubt myself and am afraid of where my guru's direction for me.

Do not be afraid - let God arange your affairs. Your studies are very important, but there's no need to worry. Do an ardaas, straight from the heart that lasts an hour or so, and if you mean it with all your heart - God will answer it.
