Why don't we honor all three granths as one united guru?
Why aren't Adi Granth, Dasam Granth, and Sarbloh Granth all collectivly the guru? Is it because Dasam Granth Ji and Sarbloh Granth Ji do not include text bhgv all of the gurus?

This is not true. The BUDHA DAL aka the akali nihang singhs beleive that all three granths are our guru we believe that adhi sri guru granth sahib ji is the highest embodiment of the gurus light like the head on the human body whilst the dasam guru granth sahib ji and the sri sarbloh guru granth sahib ji are the sholders.
