I have never seen any women as granthi or darbar ragi in any historical gurdwaras. Is it not racial discrimination??

I am sorry @sat_mansimran ji! Guru Sahib has not taught us anything like that. There is no Sewa a woman cannot do! All teachings are for Sikhs, and they include each and every person. The issue of women not performing at historical Gurudwaras is more of the 'norm' problem and few women are coming forward to break it.

There are several reasons but to be honest when the true khalsa returns to darbar sahib all women will do what they decide women are even higher then men. dont worry about it all will change soon.
