i am writing a personal gutka sahib after some research i have seen that our original banis have been slightly tampered with through the years for example chaupai sahib anand sahib sohila sahib and rehrass so on if there are. i am recollecting the original image of these banis using sunder gutkas from other traditions like: dambdami takhtsal buddha dhal etc; and the banis tend to fit in like puzzles so in a way i am not editing the original format or anything! my gutka shaib is written in larivaar format so that its is easier for me to write and read. but my question is is it ok for me to do this am i allowed to make my own gutka sahib?

try to contact, baba joginder singh or possibly even hazur sahib and talk to head granthi partap singh ji... see if they give you permission. just to be on the safe side. thats what i would do if i were you.

Also, why not stick to a Buddha Dal, Nanaksar or Damdami Taksal gutka sahib if they are sapooran ?

yes i have all three of those gutkas in hand by gurus grace all of the banis are so different bt fit in place. yesterday i came into contact with my grandmas old gutka titeld nanaksar puratan maryada gutka and the banis were different so i had to start again with the sohilla but all is well

ever jathbandi and samparda will have different lengths like rehras sahib for example. the buddha dal version is the panth parkash and the taksal one is compiled by bhai mani singh, but guru gobind singh ji had given both the seal of approval.

It doesn't really matter how much bani you recite as long as you recite it with all your heart. That is what matters in the end however beware not to change the bani itself. god bless you brother.

i understand. i would never change the bani though of course not but i have found a sampooran sohilla though i shouldnyt impose it on any one combining the sohilla grom all three groups the nihang the takhtsal and the nanaksar. thanks again sister for your help x
