Regardless of any video, yes, such siddhis are possible. But why? They are distractions; just an expression of ego. Flying in dreams is actually not simply dreaming. When the physical body is at rest, the subtle body can leave the physical body and travel anywhere in the universe. This happens in real time and one can travel anywhere.
