I think maybe it means tasteless, as in opposite of Rasna (taste) ,God's name

So Fikka speaking is speaker is some one who doesn't say praises of God

Because if you babble in life doesn't really mean you will be discarded in "court of Lord"

But I am no expert

We all have met people whose words are fikka. Preoccupying oneself with trivial things and not diving into Naam means that one is not yet ready to enter "court of the Lord." Guruji uses that phrase to portray the physical and etheric Sadhsangat.

It means that when one babbles and talks of inconsequential things, when one's words have no weight, then people do not pay attention to you, except in a negative way.
