Is it good to buy morgatge or borrow loan in Sikhism?

So my question is when we go the banks and ask them to lend us some money for any purpose, is it same as begging ?

No, it is not the same. We are essentially entering into a business deal, with a contract with the bank, to borrow capital at an agreed upon interest rate and to repay the money according to an agreed schedule. Begging is simply asking for a handout with no commitment or responsibility.
