Waheguru Ji Ki khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

Bhagat Ravidas says, "Through the Lord's Name, Kabir became renowned. The accounts of his past incarnations were torn up". As you seem to be into New Age-type of stuff, you may be familiar with this under the term 'akaashic records'. If you haven't, what all this refers to is the account of records kept by the angels of the conscious and subconscious called Chitr and Gupt. The Guru says that by bhagti (devotion to akaal purakh waheguru) and naam simran, the records kept by these two angels becomes ripped to shreds, and our sins are totally absolved and we merge with Waheguru.

Now, my point is, do not worry about "refusals and affections of my karmic facts and desires" as you say, because in such a way you become a bit stuck when you create "an inner image of myself to me", because you start to look at yourself, which only leads to more ego-ness.

Realizing the fact of this sutra is not a simple thing to do, which is why it was the primary focus of 3HO solstice celebrations for 2013. According to the gurus alone, the method to this realization is primarily to chant God's name.

Now, Yogi Bhajan gives a more detailed explanation for his students, the 3HOers. He gave the mantra, "Humee Hum, Tumee Tum, Wahe Guru; I am Thine, in Mine, Myself, Wahe Guru", which according to guidelines is to be done for 11 minutes, with your right fist to your side with the index finger pointing up, and the left hand at your heart.

Essentially, to sum it up, I just want to say do not go about this journey in an egotistical fashion, but rather in a fashion of yearning to truly be one with god in supreme and etneral love.
