You should meditate with deep breath so that your mind become steady and think about you want to be in future and accordingly take decision. for as a student at night before sleeping think that all day what have you done and your thoughts also and analyse that what things and thoughts are taking you towards your goal or complete your syllabus and don’t repeat the things which have no relation with study.
