Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh

This post isn't about a question which i have, its about an idea that i wish to bring to the sikh community. Since my punjabi isn't very good, i have a request to any bilingual sikh who can speak both punjabi and English. I want to get punjabi onto google translate, to make it available to anybody. I have done some research about this, and i have found that the public can help include more languages (like punjabi) into google translates system. you can do this by going to this link :

https://translate.google.com/toolkit/list?hl=en&ut=e#translations/active

Once your there...

1. Login (you can login with your sikhnet email adress and password)
2. press the red upload button.
3. choose a file from your computer
4. upload the file
5. name the file
6. select your language (either punjabi or gurmukhi punjabi)
7. click upload for translation
8. edit the file so that it is now in 100% punjabi or gurmukhi punjabi
9. download the file or publish

It would be amazing to see bilingual sikhs working together to bring our language into google translate. Sikh net has brought so many resources to us, Now lets help bring one to them.
