I had taken a hukamnama last year asking for something. I was so sure that it would work out the way I hoped because of the hukamnama. I had asked about it specfically within last year but it never ended up happening. I don’t understand why it worked out this way, did I interpret the hukam wrongly? Does God take his word back? I don’t know what I am missing here
