Could someone explain worshipping peer, my mom worships it at home with deevas lit and green cloth on top, my mom tells me to pray even though I don't want to. Are we told to worship peer by our gurus? I'm really confused and my mom is upset because I said I won't do it. Is peer a part of Sikhi and is it right to pray ? I was reading some stories and apparently guru Nanak and peer were together? If someone could enlighten that would be great thanks
