Any answers to such a valid and beautiful question featured in the home page of Sikhnet?

Q 1. Are ladies allowed as Panj Pyare?

Apart from the above question,

Q 2. Can ladies be appointed as Granthis, Head Granthis and as Jathedar of the Akal Takhat?

Q 3. Why ladies are not allowed to perform the Kirtan at the Golden Temple?

We are living in 21st century and Sikhism does says that men and women are equal, then why the management of most of the Gurdwaras worldwide are handled by Sikh men only?????????
