On page 1089 Guru Granth Sahib Ji Those who conquer their own minds, by Guru's Grace, conquer the world.

Can someone explain me what it means?

Yes: Guru Amardas Ji says: "jin gur parsaadee man jeeti-aa jag tineh jitaanaa." and in this tuk he echos Guru Nanak Dev Ji in Japji Sahib, Pauri 28: "aa-ee panthee sagal jamaatee man jeetai jag jeet."

It means that when you can control your own mind, Purusha (the Creator) serves you.

Mostly, people see the world through their own frame of reference. Coming out of being controlled by the ego, and letting the mind rest easy in the Naam through our practice of meditation, we are alert to the need of every moment and the world holds no power over us. That is mastery.
