Spiritual damage is when you cause hurt to others, for then you cause hurt to yourself. It is incurring more karma. When you live a spiritual life, your intuition shows you the sequence and consequence of all your words and actions before you speak or act. Then you choose the words or actions that will bring the most elevation to the most people.
