That is completely false. All the gurus wore a cotton keski, we are all supposed to wear a keski not a pagh. Sikhi is a practical religion, if the gurus didn't wear a cotton keski them selves why would they tell us to. It's like a parent telling a child to do simran when the parent doesn't do simran.
