Physical Sikhi appearance is important but this is not the only thing important in Sikhi. As Sikhi is not something solely about rituals. Sikh's literal meaning in english is 'learn'. As long as we are learning from Guru Granth Sahib and reflecting that learning in our actions we are good to be called Sikh.
