gursikh = a person following sikhism, mukh(face) towards guru, meaning follows what guru says, so probably a good baptized disciple

khalsa= a person who is baptized and is now following the things he promised during baptisim (keeping hair, not eating non-veg, doing paath, keeping 5 kakar etc)

punjabi= an ethnic group that originated from punjab

singh=(singh metaphor meaning is lion) singh title is added behind every khalsa, but are not just restricted to punjabi's some other cast also use this title, but the word singh is mostly used for punjabi's or khalsa's only.

sardar= a person carrying a pagdi/dumala on his head.
