This has nothing to do with Sikhi or religion :

At age 30 a woman body is perfect to have a kid. hence she starts feeling the urge to have more sex.

Have sex with him if you both really like each other (first make sure you really like each other), if he leaves you it will be less damage than leaving you after marriage. But this doesn't mean you keep having sex with everyone before marriage.

Why are you looking for Gurbani on this use your common sense.

From woman, man is born; within woman, man is conceived; to woman he is engaged and married.

Woman becomes his friend; through woman, the future generations come.

When his woman dies, he seeks another woman; to woman he is bound. (So, I guess this is mutual)

So why call her bad? From her, kings are born.

From woman, woman is born; without woman, there would be no one at all.

Nanak: only the True Lord is without a woman.

At that time there was no concept of Divorce, as people simply didn't had the law to divorce, if you are stuck with some guy you are just stuck. So there is no provision for what happens after divorce, people used to get married at 13 years and stay like that. you cannot use some laws from 500 years ago to justify your current situation
