Vak Siddhi is the power that whatever you say must come true. Some people have so much powerful word power that the moment they make somebody say something, that happens. It's like the "Midas Touch." Remember the story of King Midas? Whatever he touched turned to solid gold. It is very difficult for some people to not to say certain things because that may trigger nature to do certain things which otherwise they don't want to be done. If you have vak siddhi, you will know it. That said, all siddhis are tests of the ego. When one uses a siddhi to make something happen, it is against hukam.
