Breathe. Sit down. Direct your attention to something or someone you love and breathe deeply. Really focus on your breath. Feel how it comes in. Expand your lungs all the way. Feel how the breath goes out. Breathe as slowly and deeply as you can. As your mind focuses on the breath begin to mentally (silently) say "Saaaaat" on the inhale and "Naaaam" on the exhale. Just follow your breath. Close your eyes. With each inhale, bring in fresh energy and light. With each exhale let go of pain, darkness and sadness. Just feel it going out with your breath. Then inhale new fresh, cleansing, energy into you with the next inhale. Keep going. Don't get distracted. Let negative thoughts come and then let them go. Don't floow them. Just let them come and go. Keep your attention coming back to Sat Nam in your breath. Do this for 3-11 minutes every tie you feel overwhelmed. It will work. It has nothing to do with what you believe or don't believe. It just works because that's the way your body is wired. _/_
