Waheguru jio, I strongly believe that you should probably seek a counsellor's or a psychologists help for the anxiety as you seem to be highly influenced by it. Trust me they will help and also your brain wont explode, its possibly high stress levels. Try to eat a healthy diet, containing vitamins, iron etc.

Also, listen to gurbani "nanak chinta mat karo" or read up on guru granth sahib ji as according to gurbani, only the true guru can remove one's doubts about this worldly matters (maya) and or everything else. bhul chuk muaf.
