first thing to do is probably look into why you are getting a rash- is it an allergy, is it another skin condition. Like Guruka Singh Ji said, Kachera is usually cotton. Are you allergic to other cotton clothing? then to see a fabric which you arent allergic to, if it is an allergy. you go to get that rash checked from a doctor too to see if it might be another skin condition thats just coincidentally around that same area.
