Wjkk wjkf I think you should do ardaas . Firstly i also get confused in rehat maryada but later i took support of guru granth sahib ji. Do what our gurbani says. Our sikh rehat maryada get mixed with impurities .if you are unhappy then do what your mind says.bcoz without inner satisfaction , love , trust you cannot be a true sikh.but kesh is imporatant for a sikh.
