I disagree with karma should only matter, we're not here to just earn good karma but to merger with Waheguru. Don't look at how other people behave, first look inside yourself. I used to be mona and live in London, I decided to grow my hair when I started university. Now I'm working and really love wearing my turban, I feel wearing a turban adds so much more self-confidence, because I stand out and people remember me easier due to that.

Don't forget as sons and daughters of Guru Gobind Singh ji we're meant to stand out.
