i am 15 almost 16 years old and i developed this terrible of masterbating from peer pressure and i learned that sikhs should not indulge in kam. i really need a way to stop doing this because its a habit now I am too afraid to ask anyone else for help bc i am so ashamed of myself Please anyone that can help, please help me stopthis habit.

Sat Sri Akaal to all, This is my first time using this site so to those answering please be clear with your answers as this is my first time asking for advice.

I am a high schoolgoing girl and I am a Sikh and I started to develop feelings for this boy (sikh) from my class. He had these same feelings for me and eventually we both fell in love with each other. we plan on getting married in the future, because I know that I want our souls to become one.

My question is, is it wrong to develop feelings for someone according to Sikhi and if it is, why and what can I do to get rid of these feelings?

I am in an urgent need of advice or help. The person I love very very deeply is going through something that's killing him mentally, alongside a range of health issues. He isn't talking to anyone about what it is that's hurting him so much hes holding it all in which is making him bitter and angry towards everyone, mostly me.

He talks about committing suicide and today he was speaking about it so seriously. I'm so afraid that something might actually happen to him. I told him that God will always be there with him and he has turned away from the belief and trust in God (he is Sikh ad I am too). He talks about not caring about anyone or anything and doesn't want to look out for anyone but himself anymore.

More than anything I want him to be happy with life and at peace with himself more than I want him to be mine.

He does not speak to me almost at all and wishes to be alone when a short while ago he spoke about us being married so our souls could come together and become one whereas now he throws me away when I try to help him.

how do I go about this situation, I really do not want to lose this person, how can I help him?

is it wrong that I, a sikh girl, am in love with a sikh boy? It has no sexual reason behind it and we really wish to get married in the future.

is it wrong to love this boy?

you need to go to the Gurdwara and talk to a paathi, if you're too embarrassed and scared you should try to cleanse yourself with paath and ask for forgiveness from Waheguru through ardaas

Someone I love very much is very very ill, and I've been doing ardaas for him daily since I found out, but today I heard that his condition has gotten worse. Am I not praying correctly? Just to be completely clear with those reading, I pray for him to get well, not for me but because he has a life to live, hes such a promising shining star and he deserves to be healthy and live a full and amazing life. Someone, anyone please please please help me I've never been so scared before.
